Two Kinds of Wet-end Parts

  • Function: Supports the pump shaft to ensure smooth rotation while reducing friction and vibration.
  • Features: Adopts high-quality bearings for stable operation and long service life.

Two Shaft Sealing Alternatives

  • Function: Supports the volute liner and its components and holds the pump in place.
  • Material: High strength cast iron or steel.
  • Features: Robust and durable, easy to install and maintain.

Impeller

  • Function: Impeller is the core component of slurry pump, responsible for converting mechanical energy into kinetic energy of liquid and pushing the slurry to flow.
  • Material: High chrome alloy, wear-resistant rubber, polyurethane, etc., can be selected according to the working conditions.
  • Features: Optimized vane design improves conveying efficiency while reducing energy consumption and wear.

Structural Exploded View

Frame Plate

The frame plate is made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy or rubber liner. Provide strength support, withstand high load wear and impact, and ensure the stable operation of the pump.

Cover Plate

It is made of high-chromium alloy or rubber, which has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It has an internal structure to protect the pump to ensure that the slurry does not leak during operation.

Impeller

High chromium alloy, rubber or polyurethane are used. It has an efficient design, provides the best flow and head, and has excellent wear resistance. There are closed, semi-open and other structures to choose from.

Volute Liner

High chromium alloy or wear-resistant rubber is used. As an overflow part, it can withstand the washing of the slurry and extend the service life of the pump.

Throatbush

High chromium alloy or rubber material is used. Protect the inlet area of pump, and reduce the washing wear of the slurry.

Frame Plate Liner Insert

It adopts high-chromium alloy or rubber and cooperates with the throatbush to provide import and export wear protection and extend the service life of the equipment.

Stuffing Box

Adopt high-strength alloy materials. It is used to install sealing devices, such as packing seals or mechanical seals, to prevent slurry leakage.

Base

Use high-strength cast iron or alloy materials. Provide stable support for the bearing to ensure the smooth operation of the pump shaft and reduce vibration.

Bearing Assembly

It is composed of bearings, shaft, piston ring, oil seals, etc., high-precision manufacturing, and top wear-resistant materials are used to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the pump and extend the service life.
